OCSC signed the MoU on Academic Cooperation for Development of E-learning
21 February 2019, Mr. Wissanu Krea-ngam, Deputy Prime Ministers, presided over the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding on academic cooperation for development of e-learning via information network system held between Office of the Civil Service Commission and 16 public organizations and educational institutes.
The objectives of the MoU are to promote and develop quality of teaching and training based on information and communication technology; to utilize joint educational and training resources; and extend opportunity for education and development to government officers and citizen, through providing of quality and standard E-Learning network from internal and international organizations and institutes.
The MoU has a scope of plurilateral cooperation on technology implementation for e-learning via information network system, that especially focuses on jointly utilization of personnel training resources and media; collaboration for recruiting experts to develop course syllabus and short-term curriculum; as well as development and dissemination of learning media and instrument and various forms of learning.
The participating organizations include State Audit Office of the Kingdom of Thailand, the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, the Secretariat of The Senate, Office of the Judiciary, Office of the Public Sector Development Commission, Digital Government Development Agency, National Science and Technology Development Agency, Office of the Higher Education Commission, King Prajadhipok's Institute, Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Ramkhamhaeng University, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, Sripatum University, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Rangsit University.
